Reflective Construction Law was founded in 2018 by Arie Moore. Arie is involved in all pieces of work and brings a client focus to completing work. Arie also has a strong network of people experienced in the industry that can be brought in as required.

Arie is a specialist construction and projects lawyer. He advises clients on both the development and procurement of projects and the resolution of disputes that may arise during construction. Arie has worked with principals, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Arie can help with your construction project at the early stage of the procurement process, particularly alternative or complex procurement models such as design-and-build and early contractor involvement (ECI) contracts.

He can also work with you to develop strategies for negotiations and any disputes during projects, including around delay, disruption, and variations. In addition to early strategy advice, Arie regularly acts for clients in adjudication proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.
