Reflective Construction Law was founded to provide leading and reflective advice to our clients in the construction industry. Our work is driven by three key principles:

1. Reflecting your business. Ensuring we have a deeper understanding of your business and culture to provide seamless and trusted advice.

2. Reflecting your project. Construction projects are complex and sophisticated, there is never a black and white answer. A critical success factor in any project can be how situations are managed both on site and with your clients, particularly where there are time and cost consequences for all parties. We understand construction and specialise in the legal framework that applies to your projects.

3. Reflecting your problem. When things don’t go as planned it’s important to keep perspective. These tensions can challenge existing relationships and cause them to break down. We understand how peoples behaviour and relationships can change under stress and impact on your project’s success. We help you to navigate through what can be challenging times.
